Abstract (English):
The article examines the topic of teenage suicides, the main directions that are necessary to overcome destructive phenomena and the risks that influence their commission. The article reflects statistical data on crime victims under Articles 110-110.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (crimes related to suicide), the number of registered crimes of this type, and the persons who committed them. The article also examines the influence of the Internet, specifically the creation of "death groups," as an important factor influencing teenage suicides. The author concludes that the problem of child suicide remains relevant and poses a threat to the national security of the Russian Federation. To combat this negative phenomenon, it is necessary to improve existing preventive measures in the fight against child suicide in the Russian Federation, establish an appropriate legal framework, and implement measures outlined in the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation.
