Научная статья раскрывает роль трудов исследователей ВНИИ МВД России для теории оперативно-розыскной деятельности в рамках противодействия преступным проявлениям на территории Российской Федерации, а также указывает на важное значение исследований данных авторов при реализации правоохранительных процессов по осуществлению оперативно-розыскной профилактики преступлений. Рассматриваются положения оперативно-розыскной профилактики преступлений, где имеет место сравнительный анализ позиций в данном направлении. Анализируются элементы оперативно-розыскной профилактики преступлений с учетом российских оперативно-розыскных, криминологических традиций и современного подхода к трансформации преступных проявлений.
The scientific article reveals the role of the works of researchers from the All-Russian Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the theory of operational and investigative activities in the framework of countering criminal manifestations on the territory of the Russian Federation, and also points out the importance of the research of these authors for the implementation of law enforcement processes in the field of operational and investigative crime prevention. The article examines the provisions of operational and investigative crime prevention, where a comparative analysis of the positions in this area takes place. The article analyzes the elements of operational and investigative crime prevention, taking into account the Russian operational and investigative, criminological traditions and the modern approach to the transformation of criminal manifestations.
