The article presents the results of a study of the basic concepts of information support for international anti-drug activities, including those implemented by Russia in the format of the Collective Se-curity Treaty Organization (CSTO). The main channels of communication of the CSTO, their orienttion, specifics in the presentation of content, the level of coverage of target audiences, as well as their goals, objectives and essence are considered. The nature and orientation of the above-mentioned concepts and their interrelation are revealed
