Abstract (English):
The article analyzes the legal regulation of the stay in the Russian Federation of family members of foreign citizens who exercise the right to work. Based on the results of studying international treaties of the Russian Federation and acts of domestic legislation, measures are proposed to improve the conditions of stay in the Russian Federation of family members of a foreign worker, primarily based on the possibility of their material, housing and medical support.
