Female crime in general is a historically variable phenomenon and this is an axiom. It should be noted that its causes and conditions have been changing in recent decades, which is due to the feminization of public life, changes in the role, status and place of women in society. The causes of female crime can be varied and depend on a specific situation, socio-cultural context and individual circumstances. The conditions of female crime include social phenomena that contribute to the formation of antisocial properties or their manifestation in criminal behavior. The author, based on the results of the study, found that women are mainly driven by a selfish motive, which is confirmed by a very large share of selfish crimes. Family in a woman's life can act as a criminogenic factor, as well as a strong deterrent in the context of criminal behavior. Criminal behavior of women in most cases depends on the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction, and in case of a woman's pathological attraction to alcohol and drugs, the violent crimes she commits are distinguished by particular cruelty, rather than crimes committed by a woman in a state when she is able to understand the nature of her actions.
