Abstract:
The scientific article reveals the role of the works of researchers from the All-Russian Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the theory of operational and investigative activities in the framework of countering criminal manifestations on the territory of the Russian Federation, and also points out the importance of the research of these authors for the implementation of law enforcement processes in the field of operational and investigative crime prevention. The article examines the provisions of operational and investigative crime prevention, where a comparative analysis of the positions in this area takes place. The article analyzes the elements of operational and investigative crime prevention, taking into account the Russian operational and investigative, criminological traditions and the modern approach to the transformation of criminal manifestations.
