The relevance of the topic is due to the new content of the request of public science and practice for a socio-philosophical study of modern problems of the phenomenon of statehood, due to the expectations of the country's social transformation in the form of modernization and the role of scientific theory in consolidating society. Priority - in the aggregate of signs of complication of the organizational potential of legislation and related restrictions, in preference to achieving public consent, justice and safety of citizens. The objectives of the study are the author's justification of the modern methodology of the socio-philosophical study of the reductionism of philosophical knowledge, which makes it possible to form promising methodological foundations in the theory of phenomena of statehood, by explaining complex phenomena and patterns inherent in private sectors of humanitarian knowledge. The scientific novelty of the results is determined by the high modern level of systematic analysis of the prospects for scientific research on the topic of the socio-philosophical foundations of the phenomenon of statehood. Due to the potential of transparency in the totality of the subject's properties, which contribute to high-quality feedback in perception, cognition, and understanding of the life of the surrounding world. Priority - without negative impact from external distortions of information and crisis intentions of subjective consciousness. The methodological basis of thematic philosophical research includes systemic, axiological, historical, prognostic approaches to a complex structured topic. Conclusion: in this study it was established that the relevance of the topic under study is determined by the conditions of the current state and the prospects for the further development of philosophical knowledge about the phenomena of power, state and society. In particular, it has been proven that value orientations and targets for the relevant processes of management and development of power radically differ depending on the historically determined means and methods of exercising the powers of power, and the available resources of state power.
