. The article examines the problem of control over foreign citizens, changes in legislation that occurred in 2025, the concept and realities of non-standard forms of employment, as well as effective methods of control and monitoring. The interaction with employers and the role of internal affairs bodies in this process are also analyzed. In conclusion, recommendations will be proposed to improve control and supervisory activities aimed at creating a safer and fairer work environment for foreign citizens.
