Abstract:
In this article, the author examines the management activities of heads of internal affairs bodies in the process of developing and adopting organizational measures to address the challenges of the Russian Federation's migration policy, taking into account the current operational situation. The relevance of this research topic is driven by the need to implement scientifically grounded measures aimed at improving the activities of internal affairs bodies in the field of migration. It is important to note that the Russian Federation has established a comprehensive legal framework for regulating migration relations. Thus, the Concept of the State Migration Policy of the Russian Federation for 2026–2030 has determined the main directions for its implementation, and Order No. 360 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation dated June 10, 2025, has approved the Regulations on the Service for Citizenship and Registration of Citizens of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, which outlines the goals, objectives, and main functions, including organizational
