The issue addressed in this article has long been in need of rethinking. Based on an analysis of the essence of dialectics, it becomes clear that this doctrine is primarily related to logic. The so-called dialectical materialism, which has distorted Hegel's laws of logical thinking, is based on the contrived law of the unity and struggle of opposites. As a result, it is inherently contradictory and therefore ineffective. As the core of materialistic dialectics, this law, due to its contradictory nature, has turned the teachings of the classical Marxists about the evolutionary development of nature, society, and thought into a false theory. However, logical laws have a dialectical nature, and by following them, individuals can eliminate inconsistencies in their thoughts and confusion in their reasoning
