The article is devoted to the analysis of current problems of domestic violence prevention in modern Russia. It examines the features of crime latency, the psychological consequences for victims, and the role of extremist sentiments in the formation of conflicts within families. The article presents foreign experience in implementing electronic monitoring systems and protection orders, and provides recommendations for modernizing Russian response mechanisms, strengthening interagency cooperation, and developing information technologies for timely detection and prevention of violence. The focus is on the need to implement modern technologies and comprehensive prevention programs to improve the efficiency of law enforcement agencies and protect the rights of victims of domestic violence.
