Determining the main factors of committing violent crimes motivated by national enmity or hatred is important, as it allows us to identify the circumstances that should be addressed in order to effectively reduce the number of such crimes and prevent their occurrence. The significant number of these crimes and their high level of public danger indicate the need to identify the main causes of these crimes, which are the origins and spread of extremist motivations and their violent manifestations. Based on scientific research on the causes of crime and its individual types, as well as criminal cases involving violent crimes committed out of extremist motives, the article identifies the factors that determine these crimes at the macro, meso, and micro levels, as well as their relationship to the phases of.
