The article examines the issues of protection and protection of human rights in the administration of criminal justice. The points of view of experts on this topic are analyzed, the issues of protection and protection of rights are considered separately, distinctive and distinguishing features are called. The author also discusses the system of realization of human rights in both pre-trial and judicial proceed-ings in criminal proceedings. With regard to the protection of human rights in criminal proceedings, the author notes that in the administration of criminal justice in relation to her (protection of rights), the criminal procedure legislation does not establish any exceptions to the concept, rules and procedures of implementation.
