The procedure for electronic appeal of decisions on cases of administrative offenses recorded by special technical means operating in automatic mode was introduced in 2021 and is carried out in electronic form through the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services. At the same time, in practice, the revision of decisions appealed in this order is accompanied by a number of problems, in particular, the template of the electronic complaint form does not allow to establish all the circumstances of the violation, the excessively short time for consideration of the complaint – 10 days, the lack of documentary evidence of the applicant's familiarization with the notification of the date, place and time of consideration of the complaint, as well as with the decision taken Ney et al. As a result, this situation complicates law enforcement, and therefore it is necessary to consider the specifics of legal regulation and the implementation of appeals in electronic form in order to develop proposals for their improvement.
