Abstract:
The problems of interaction of criminal and administrative jurisdictions in counteraction of illegal migration were considered in this article. The parts 3 and 4 administrative law article number 19.23 and criminal law article number 322.1 were given for example. The procedural questions were analyzed. The cases of detection administrative offences during criminal investigation were especially considered. The suggestions for improvement of legislation and practice were formulated.
