The article is devoted to the study of the educational component as a key tool for the prevention of offenses and the resocialization of individuals at high risk of committing offenses in a socio-legal context. The authors identify gaps in regulatory frameworks that hinder the full-fledged participation of educational organizations in preventive activities and substantiate their importance for the formation of law-abiding behavior, value orientations, and social competence. Based on the analysis of interagency cooperation practices, the article proposes a model for integrating educational measures, which includes the assessment of educational needs, the development of adaptation programs, and the coordination mechanisms between the subjects of prevention and resocialization. This approach increases the effectiveness of preventive measures, reduces recidivism, and strengthens personal social stability.
