The article is devoted to the actual problems of legal provision of migration security of the Russian Federation. The administrative and legal counteraction to migration threats is analyzed in the projection on the synergetic influence of the norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in this sphere of public relations. The provisions of conceptual normative legal acts devoted to the problem under consideration are investigated. The importance of ensuring the reality of the direct action of constitutional principles in modern conditions is substantiated. Proposals are formulated to improve the application of legal measures to ensure the migration security of the Russian Federation
